A post Graduate in Human Rights and Public Administration, the earlier cleared Uttarakahnd PCS- 2012 and got into sen,ice of state Government as an Executive Officer in Panchayati Raj Department, State Govemmeut of Uttarakhand. With an in­depth intellectual orientation and vast experience in banking and insurance, he has also worked as an Assistant Administrative Officer in LIC of India. He belongs to National district of Uttarakhand and has a deep interest in issues associated with Uttarakhand including its culture, governance and people. Earlier, he has cleared government job exams like Bank PO and Assistant Central Intelligence Officer in Intelligence Bureau. He is passionate about reading, writing on the issues of everyday life and music.

Gunjan Sharma Kafaltia is an Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax) Officer of 2016 batch, currently working as Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax at Dehrachm. She qualified Civil Services Examination in 2016, conducted by UPSC, and achieved an all Indian Rank – 2016, at it. A post Graduate in Floriculture and a Graduate in Agriculture from GBPUAT Pantnagar, she also hold vast experience in the finance industry where she served as au Assistant Administrative Officer in LIC of India.
